WebCheck out the design/schemas of some of the open source subscription e-commerce plugins out there such as Drupal's Ubercart uc_recurring. Personally, I'd recommend Wordpress + WooCommerce + WooCommerce Subscriptions, which is not free ($100ish). It is well made, and can also talk to Quickbooks. There are two SQL tables: StandardCharges RecurringCharges StandardCharges table holds individual items purchased by customers during the month. RecurringCharges table holds recurring items with a charge by date.
