WebbSignature equipment is a mod that makes Items get stronger *more tempered* the longer you use it and the higher lvl bad guys you kill with it. I was going to use loot and degradation before I realized that the 2 mods cancel each other out (I'm not that smart it took me a bit to figure it out). Any suggestions would be welcome. Comes with armor fit/ suitability as well, so you cant just pick up any armor and expect your character to be able to wear it without refitting.
